URBAN RENEWAL AGENCY VACANCY – NOW ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS

The City of La Pine's Urban Renewal Agency (URA) has one vacant seat and is accepting applications from individuals who are interested in serving. This individual will serve through June 30, 2029. This is a volunteer position.

The URA Board meets on the first Tuesday of each month at 3:00 p.m. at City Hall. Board members are expected to attend meetings. The URA Board is responsible for governing the La Pine Urban Renewal District and provides direction and approval for projects and programs that invest in and improve designated areas of the City.

This vacancy will be filled by appointment, requiring a majority vote of the entire City Council. To qualify for appointment, an applicant must be a resident or business owner within five miles of the City of La Pine.

Applications will be received until February 5, 2026 at 12:00 p.m. (noon).
