La Pine Urban Renewal Agency
The La Pine Urban Renewal Agency is a separate municipal corporation responsible for the governance of tax revenues, funds, and programs associated with the City of La Pine's urban renewal area. The Urban Renewal Agency provides direction and approval for projects and programs to invest in, and improve the Urban renewal distinct. The Urban Renewal Agency is governed by its own bylaws that are adopted by the agency and provide guidelines and procedures for its meetings.
The Urban Renewal Agency is supported administratively and programmatically by the City Manager's Office, the Community Development Department, and the City's Economic Development consultant.
