Public Works Manager: Jake Obrist
Jake Obrist started working as the new Public Works Manager on May 16, 2016. He brings over 10 years of experience in the field of Public Works, four years with a local excavation company, four years prior with the City of La Pine/Water and Sewer Districts and three years with the City of Bend. He is very excited and honored to be working in this community again, and looks forward to integrating new and fresh ideas that we help our municipality thrive in the future. Being active in this community again is exciting for him because this is where his family calls home. He has been married for almost eleven years and have two beautiful and energetic daughters. He is enthusiastic about the outdoors and enjoys fishing, hunting, backpacking, kayaking, and everything Central Oregon has to offer. Please feel free to stop in at City Hall and introduce yourself or express any ideas or concerns about our great City.
