Chip Fire in the Industrial Park
La Pine Residents: ALERT
We received notice from Chief Supkis, of the La Pine Rural Fire Protection District, of an active chip fire at an industrial site at the end of Russell Road (and just west of Darleen Way). This situation is similar to the Quick Silver Pile that burned this past fall. The fire department is aware and monitoring the situation.
