REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP)

NOTICE TO PROPOSERS The City of La Pine is soliciting proposals from qualified consulting firms to lead a master planning effort for the Cagle Subdivision, as detailed within the City’s Request for Proposal (RFP). Interested firms are encouraged to request a copy of and respond to this RFP. The specific information and details are set forth in the document entitled Request for Proposals for Professional Services for City of La Pine Cagle Subdivision Master Planning: Facilitating Infill Development & Smart Growth. A copy of this RFP will be provided to interested firms upon request to bbybee@lapineoregon.gov. A copy can also be obtained at the City of La Pine City Hall, 16345 Sixth Street, La Pine, OR 97739 or online at: www.lapineoregon.gov  

The City of La Pine reserves the right to reject proposals not in compliance with the prescribed procedures and requirements set forth in the RFP and may reject for good cause any or all response upon a finding of the City that it is in the public interest to do so. Upon responding to the RFP, please reference the document title in the subject line. Responses are due to the City of La Pine no later than 4:00 P.M. on April 1, 2026 at 16345 Sixth Street, La Pine, OR 97739. Email submittals will not be accepted.
